FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - RENT TO RENT PROGRAM

  • Can I terminate the contract before the term

    • YES, You are required to pay 50% of the remaining balance up to maximum $500.

  • After term matures, can I buy out the license?

    • It is more economical to continue the Rent-to-Rent. The monthly rental fee includes all the features upgrades plus the savings on computer. A new purchase contract is subject to current pricing.

  • Can I start out with the RETAIL rent-to-rent and upgrade to the WHOLESALE rent-to-rent within terms or vice versa?

    • Absolutely, we can adjust the rental fee and the features accordantly with no interruption to the database or your business operation.

  • When the business expands beyond the Rent-to-Rent capability, how do we upgrade?

    • We will set up the configuration with your new requirement. At that point, you are no longer eligible for the Rent-to-Rent program. We will have to sell the application as a new installation. Under the type of upgrade, a penalty charge will be lifted.

  • Other than the monthly rental fee, can I purchase the post sales service contract to ensure continuous support?

    • Service contract is availability at the point of contract agreement. The monthly service fee is $50/ month, including 4 call-in incidents and unlimited email support. On site service is available in the lower Vancouver mainland areas. On-site service is subject to a charge.

  • Is there an option to lease any hardware?

    • Aptus does not have any leasing program in place. You would have to apply it with other leasing facilities.
